Description
You will acquire the ability to precisely determine the location of objects in space and present them on maps and 3D models. You will learn how to operate modern surveying instruments, including total stations, GNSS receivers and laser scanners, as well as how to use professional surveying software and CAD systems. You will gain knowledge and competencies highly valued on the labour market, including building surveying, support for construction investment projects and the regulation of the legal status of real estate.
During your studies you will:
- learn to perform precise field measurements using levels, electronic total stations and GNSS satellite receivers,
- become familiar with working on three-dimensional point clouds obtained from terrestrial laser scanning and unmanned aerial vehicles (drones),
- learn to prepare maps for design, legal and as-built documentation purposes for buildings and utility networks,
- gain knowledge of advanced methods of computer-based surveying calculations and modern techniques for visualising spatial data,
- acquire knowledge of the real estate cadastre, land and mortgage registers, and real estate management,
- learn to analyse and interpret photogrammetric images as well as aerial and satellite imagery,
- become familiar with the principles of designing and establishing geodetic control networks integrated with the ASG-EUPOS system,
- prepare to compile surveying documentation for updating the national geodetic and cartographic resource.
Practical training:
- professional internship – a total of 6 months.

Geomatics, Real Estate Cadastre, Surveying Measurement Techniques, Engineering Surveying, Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), GNSS Satellite Techniques, Adjustment Computations, Real Estate Management, Geodetic Measurements of Displacements and Deformations, Fundamentals of Real Estate Valuation.

- Surveying Engineer – carrying out surveying measurements, setting out construction structures and preparing as-built documentation.
- GIS and Geoinformation Specialist – creating and updating digital spatial databases.
- Public Administration Officer – working in departments of surveying, cartography and real estate management.
- Assistant Property Valuer – applying knowledge of real estate valuation.
- Licensed Surveyor – with the opportunity to apply for independent professional qualifications after completing the required professional practice.

Warunkiem przyjęcia na studia pierwszego stopnia studiów niestacjonarnych jest złożenie wymaganych dokumentów.
