The Business Management programme responds to the growing market demand for highly qualified managers capable of operating effectively in the world of digital customer relationships, professional auditing, and online brand positioning strategies. Graduates, equipped with specialist knowledge of operational and financial risk management, will be prepared to help organizations ensure security, resilience, and sustainable growth.

During your studies:

  • you will learn to design, manage, and optimize e-commerce systems and professional online marketing campaigns,
  • you will acquire the skills to assess, quantify, and monitor operational and financial risk within an organization,
  • you will become familiar with IT tools supporting decision-making processes and customer relationship management (CRM),
  • you will learn the principles of Design Thinking,
  • you will gain the ability to manage projects and quality according to international standards,
  • you will acquire knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), web analytics, and customer relationship building,
  • you will learn to interpret legal regulations related to e-commerce, intellectual property protection, and digital security,
  • you will develop competencies in human resource management, crisis psychology, and negotiation techniques,
  • you will prepare to conduct professional financial and HR audits and develop business plans.

Business Psychology and Sociology, Business Leadership, Communication and Negotiation, Business Strategy Simulations, ERP and CRM Systems in Business Management, Design Thinking, Legal Aspects of E-commerce, Operational and Financial Risk Management.

Required Documents:

  1. secondary school certificate containing a transcript of marks – in the original language and sworn translation into English or Polish
  2. Legalization/Apostille of the originally issued diploma and transcript of marks
  3. valid passport (pages with photo and personal data)
  4. visa (if required and obtained)
  5. language confirmation (not necessary for citizens of English-speaking countries). More info here
  6. health insurance (before arrival at KUT)

Fees:

  • Tuition fee for course in English = €1,400 per semester
  • Tuition fee for course in Polish = €600 per semester
  • Application fee = €24 (€20 if the math exam is not required)
  • Application fee for Architecture = €35
